What is the best company to get an accounting internship with in Philadelphia, and how do I obtain it?

I live in Philadelphia and want to get an internship with a good company that will 1) give me great job experience, 2) possibly give me a decent paying job, and 3) give me experience in the multiple fields in an accounting career. I would stay in Philadelphia if possible. The internship needs to start in the summer of 2008.
