They provided services in 20x3, of which $10,000 of cash was received on October 1, $4,000 of cash was received December 31. In addition $6,000 for services rendered had not been received as of 12/31/03. What was the total Consulting Revenue earned by ABC Company during 20x3? The revenue earned was $20,000. $14,000 would be entered as cash recieved, and the $6,000. would be entered as an outstanding debt. and carried forward to 2004 the 6K was EARNED service was provided. If the fiscal year ends on Dec 31st for tax purposes only 14K would be considered taxable. |
