What if any way can you cheaply get accurate accounting information from an all cash vending company?

This is for a valuation for divorce proceedings. Also, to prove income for support. Furthermore, this guy pays all personal and company bills from business account which he in turns writes off all bills effectively reducing his income to a wide degree, reducing his "support" obligation and enjoying a lavish lifestyle all along. All his purchases are made in cash for trips, toy's, etc. He takes cash from machines and then deposits whatever he wants in the bank as "revenue" after. again effectively reducing income and stealing assetts that are in a dispute. what can I do I am not the one with any accesss to funds from the business nor is any marital property titled in my name.

Well there are two options i can think of, option A. get a court order to allow you to look at all the computers on his machines and write down the NON-RESETTABLE counters (by the way, the only way he can reset them is to replace the computer board, which us a very pretty penny) and then go back a week later and write down the numbers and subtract the first reading from the second reading and you will know how much he is actually grossing. Option B. is a wee bit more costly but more long term, install wireless devices that monitor how much the machines bring in and then communicate that information to an Internet server via a built in cell phone modem. Good Luck

hire a privet investigator to catch him in the act, once proof is documented, use it in your domestics case against him.
