What is the advantage of a secetary diong and accounting course?

I think you need to take English and grammar before accounting.

Is it being suggested that you learn to do bookkeeping along with your secretarial duties? If so this knowledge would give you additional skills and make you more marketable in the job market. Check into the course being suggested and determine if this is a direction you wish to take.
