Marketing Research... Why do you think students enrol in Accounting course?

I'm making my marketing research about accounting students... pls help me with this...

Very few people enroll in accounting to pursue accounting careers. Most enroll in the subject to satisfy a core requirment for the particular degree or field of study that they are pursuing.

If you are talking about high school accounting...I took it to learn about accounting for college, university, and my career. Later I took it in college, and then professionally as a CGA. I would say I chose it because I am really smart, good with numbers, and I like making 6 figures.

It was a requirement for my major.

I did terrible but I passed :)
