Do accounting firm consider onligne degree in accounting?

To be honest, as long as it's from an accredited regional institution you really don't need to announce that you went to an online school.

If you already have experience in the field they will see this as a boost to your resume. If you dont have experience and you went to an online accounting school no bi firm is going to take you. You may have to start out at a small company and work in their accounting department then after a few year try to get hire at a big accouting firm.
