Other than the scientific theory of evolution and the nonscientific idea of intelligent design/creationism is? |
there any other theory that accounts for fossils and the diversity of living organisms? Every religion has its own creation myth. but evolution does not explain the Cambrian explosion: the sudden onslaught of tons of new species with no transitional species. too many flaws in evolution. Even Darwin knew that! Report It This is where the fundies bash evolution for being incomplete, but offer no substantial evidence of their 'theory'. It's just sad. Yes there is my good friend. no, I haven't even heard of a modern scientist having a hypothesis that uses an explanation other than evolution. Creation is like a virtual reality game. It's just an illusion. Next month, when you see one of Jehovah's Witnesses in their ministry, ask them if you can have a copy of the September Awake it will answer all of your questions on evolution, and who knows it might even be able to convince you there really is a Creator. Both are correct and together account for everything. Just because we understand the process the Creator used in evolution, doesn't negate the Creator's existence. Evolution being the process accounts for the fossile evidence and answers the question of how we got here, but only through seeking the Creator can we answer the question of why we are here. I've seen a couple of questions where you seem to be mixing your terms up a bit. If you are saying "scientific theory of evolution" as a proven law of science, you are mis-speaking (or typing as the case may be.) Scientifically, neither of the two you mentioned have been proven by scientific method to the point of being a scientific law. |
