Questions about opening part time business?

My wife and I are making $100,000.00 annually. Would you advise starting a business? We have all 5 working days off to build up the business. We pull two 16 hour shifts on Sat. and Sun., so I think Tue-Fri a lot could be accomplished. So, time isn't and issue. What business would you all suggest that would work for us without much intervention from us (besides usual billing, payroll, ect.) while bringing in at least 50k per year in 2-3 years from the start? As for how much intervention: <30 hrs per week.

Tired of working for someone else.
Would like the potential for more income.
Do not like my job.

residental rental property.. makes money while you sleep... buy the right places, in the right locations...... but you have to like what you do... why do youwant to start a business?... money? fofilment? hobby ? status?... get stuff wholesale?, tax deductions?....

I know a great business, it's a leverage type of business like Mc Donalds but with out large capital investment, practically no capital at all. its something you can do part time, you dictate your hours. income is really good you can earn as much as $49K a month in at least doing it in 5yrs.
