Payroll claiming back over paid wages in 1 go 拢1500? |
i work for 1 off the countrys biggest firms, im in sales and work on commison, they changed payroll system last month and i was under paid by 3k, couldnt pay bills so 2 weeks later bacs me a payment but over paid by 拢1500 they sent a email to conf with a copy of the overpayment policy wich states that if over 拢1000 can pay back over 6 months so i agreed to this now sent me a email stating that as ive effectively been paid twice they can auto take out of nx month evan tho i wont be paid 拢1500 alltogether!! this is really stressing me out im the only person this is happening to what is a overpayment ploicy for if not this!? they sent me a copy of the policy if under 拢500 can take immediatley in next months pay, i had the same problem with my firm. Got paid 拢2000 extra on a weeks wage. Wife phoned me wanting to go shopping. LOL. They (work) pulled me upstairs and said i had to write a cheque. I do believe though, if you have incurred any charges because of your works failure to pay you on time, you can reclaim your charges from them. they can take it back straight away, as it is there money, go speak to payroll, they maybe able to let you pat it back every month, if you don't ask you don't get, all the best |
