Microsoft Office Accounting 2007 Free Version?

I just began using MS Office Accounting (free version) for work. I am having a difficult time entering data for long-term installment type expenses (e.g. mortgage, installment agreements, etc.) and cannot figure out how to enter the data as a recurring expense.

Does anyone know how to do this, or is this feature simply not available in the free version?

Further, I notice that MS offers two versions for purchase - the full version and the upgrade. What do I need to qualify for the upgrade?
