I need more objectives of payroll system,pls kindly send me more? I guess the main objectives are to calculate the salary payments, as well as the payments for tax, national security etc to the relevant departments. Would be useful if it could link in to online bnkaing to assist herewith. Confidentiality is critical. A leave tracker - both annual and unpaid - would need to be included. An automatic journal for posting into the ledger. ummm.......flexibility when taking on a new employee, to try various packages and the effect on tax...Hope that helps a little bit! |
