Can anyone tell me where I can get any advice on setting up a Delaware LLC and tax, accounting advice????

I'm looking for an initial consultation about the tax benefits and details about how I go about setting up my LLC in the states. I need an international tax specialist because my wife is
English and I'm American and we are usually between the US and the UK. It gets a bit tricky when you start having income in both countries and I want to ensure we do everything by the book. The scenario is as follows: We have a partnership with a backer who provides supplies and only takes dividends out of the company at the end of the accounting year (given there is a profit) I want to know should I set up in my name only as I am a US citizen and my wife is not? She will recieve dividends as a partner as well. I need to know the name or link of a company which specializes in these sort of business scenarios to bounce questions off of. Any advice or links would be greatly appreciated.
